My first real attempt at a lolita skirt. It didn't turn out exactley as i wanted, so i guess it's "lolita inspired". I made a bow not too long ago out of the same material here [link]

I can't really remember, i think just a cotton or standard fabric. It was cheap, that's what i remember

Oh, even if it didn't turn out how you wanted it's a gorgeous skirt!! I love the little detailing of ruffles you've done for the edge of your skirt! Really cute work

And was it really as simple as the tutorial makes it seem O.o ??

I had to sit there and think about it after reading the tutorial (i think a visual would help) but yeah when it comes down to it, quite easy to do.
